$6.99 Flat Rate Shipping:
That's right - no matter how many, how much or how big - our shipping is always $6.99 per order. Tip: If you only have one item to order, check with a friend and see if they want to split the shipping - or take advantage of our "show opportunities" to get free and discounted products.

How long will it take to receive my order? TOP
Delivery times do vary but most products ship within 7 business days. Please add an additional 4-5 business days for shipping time. In order to get your products to you efficiently, some product may ship directly from our vendors. You will receive a email notification as to how many packages you should expect and approximate delivery times.

What payment methods do you accept? TOP
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal.

Our preferred method of payment if PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account to use PayPal. You may use your credit card without being required to create an account. If you want your payment to be deducted from your checking account you would need to set up a PayPal account.

We do accept cashiers checks/money orders; however, your order will not be processed until payment is received. Should you opt to do this, please email us at

Is my credit card secure and personal information secure? TOP
Please be assured that your purchase transaction, including credit card number, is transmitted securely. Our site is hosted by Shoppe Pro on secure servers, and utilizes Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. Your credit card payment is processed through PayPal which is one of the most secure credit card processing systems available.

What about Sales Tax? TOP
Sales tax is only collected from the residents of North Carolina.

Do you offer international shipping? TOP
We currently do not ship outside the United States.

Do you offer "Rush" Service? TOP
Yes, except for the holiday season (November - December). There will be an additional charge, pricing and time will vary depending on the product. Please contact us at helpdesk@oodlesofdoodles.org to see if the product(s) you would like rushed is available for rush services.

What is your Return Policy? TOP
At Oodles of Doodles, our return policy is easy. If you aren't happy, we aren't happy. We guarantee all our products 100%. Our business depends on repeat customers and word of mouth advertising. Our goal is that you will be delighted will your purchase; however, if a non-personalized item does not meet your satisfaction, we will be happy to offer you a credit, refund or replacement. Such returns will only be accepted within 7 days of your receipt and only with prior authorization from Oodles of Doodles. To start the return process, simply email us at helpdesk@oodlesofdoodles.org. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. If approved, you will be emailed a Return Authorization Number with instructions on how to return the product.

Items returned must be received unused. Please include a copy of your receipt with your return. Shipping and Handling charges are NOT refundable.

Special Note: As with most stores, we do not accept returns on custom made or personalized items. If there is an error on our part, or a defect in the product, we will work with you to resolve the error or defect, and remake the product exactly as originally ordered. We reserve the right to replace or repair your item or issue a refund depending on the situation. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order, so ask us questions before you place your order and double check your order for accuracy.

Can I cancel my order? TOP
It depends, if we or one of our vendors have not shipped the product, yes we will be happy to cancel it. Should you cancel after it has been shipped you'll need to follow our policy on returns.

Do you offer gift wrap? TOP
We are glad to free gift wrap for those customer who live locally and pick up their orders. Unfortunately, for those items shipped directly to customers homes their orders may come from different vendors which doesn't give us the opportunity to wrap them for you.
